Business licenses are granted for the period of June 1st through May 31st. The cost is $250.00 per year and up to three years can be purchased at a time. All businesses located within Bethany Beach town limits must pay a fee for ambulance services each year prior to renewal of the business license. Only license renewals can be processed online. First time applicants must print, complete, sign, and mail the form with your payment. If the nature of your business has changed, and those wishing to be listed on the Town's Business Directory, you must fill out and mail a new application form.
